Alkagesta said it discussed fuel purchasing requirements and prospective supply arrangements with Ukrainian filling station operators at PROкачай АЗС 2026 in Kyiv. In its account of the event, the company described engagement with representatives of the country’s fuel retail networks, with talks covering both their procurement needs and the possibility of longer-term commercial relationships.

The company’s representative was Elchin Aliyev, its Regional Commodity Trader for Ukraine. According to Alkagesta, his discussions addressed future supply programmes, different delivery arrangements and potential strategic partnerships in the Ukrainian retail fuel market. The account presents these as subjects for discussion rather than completed transactions: it does not identify counterparties or announce a supply agreement, delivery commitment or purchasing volume resulting from the meetings.

PROкачай АЗС 2026 combined conference sessions and an exhibition with opportunities for direct business-to-business contact. Alkagesta said participants included representatives of Ukrainian filling station chains alongside businesses supplying products and solutions to the fuel retail industry. The format brought the company into contact with downstream operators and the businesses serving them, while its reported meetings focused on the commercial requirements of the station networks themselves.

The wider programme addressed filling station operations, technology and infrastructure. A separate panel examined the security and resilience of fuel retailing during wartime. Alkagesta linked that subject to the continuing adaptation of Ukraine’s energy distribution network as it operates under sustained pressure, placing the procurement discussions within the broader operational setting facing the country’s fuel retailers.

Alkagesta described its Ukrainian trading activities as encompassing petroleum product distribution, biofuels and fertilisers. It presented participation in events of this kind as a means of reaching the downstream fuel retail market directly and engaging with counterparties involved in purchasing decisions across Ukrainian filling station networks.
